He has already warmed up, as Gringo Mayer went on an extensive tour of Germany in September 2023 with his predecessor "Ihr liewe Leit", wowed audiences with his now legendary concerts, was a guest on Inas Nacht and played as support for the Donots. He followed this up the following spring, taking cities such as Berlin, Cologne and Mannheim by storm with sold-out shows. The tour continued alongside Voodoo Jürgens until it reached its climax at the Haldern Pop Festival.

And another thing is clear: this music shines. With the release of the single "Fabrigg" in April 2024, Gringo Mayer left no doubt that great things were in store. This epic song about his hometown of Ludwigshafen, carried by impressive arrangements and masterful orchestration, from which the trumpet shines out, is an impressive foretaste of the new album, which shows that Mayer and his cone band have once again ventured into deeper, more powerful worlds of sound.

The big "Laav" tour with fifteen concerts will be a celebration of life, love and togetherness. By then at the latest, everyone will know: Gringo Mayer is taking us to a better place with "Laav".
