During the "Coffee Tasting" event at Café Paul and Tim, six to eight selected coffee specialties from different roasting houses are tasted over the course of around two hours. The subtle differences in taste and aroma resulting from the origin and roasting process are brought to life. The variety of preparation methods is also presented. The clear aromas of a filter coffee and the intense crema of an espresso from a portafilter machine illustrate the range of possible taste experiences. Participants will gain an insight into the secrets of the perfect coffee and have the opportunity to discover new favorite beans.
